Pre-Finishing
Dynamic windows and doors are pre-finished in component form to ensure that all sides of the product are fully sealed. Applying 1-2 coats of our factory pre-finish is especially important during wetter seasons when the windows and/or doors may be exposed to moisture soon after delivery. Dynamic's pre-finish options allow the builder to reduce the on-site finishing costs significantly.
Dynamic's pre-finishing options include:
- All components are treated with a water soluble, environmentally friendly preservative, in component form
- Benite wood conditioner
- Primer
- Water-bourne acrylic latex paint
- Sikkens solvent-based stain
- European water-based 3 coat stain process (conditioner, color & sealer)
Rustic Finish
For projects that require windows and doors within a rustic design context, Dynamic offers alternative wood species such as reclaimed douglas fir, wormy chestnut and knotty alder. The rustic window and door features can be further complimented by distressing the exterior wood surface with a sandblasting process.
